1. About Regent Consulting
Regent Consulting is a UAE-based private business setup consultancy (Licence No. 47028046, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates) providing consultancy and application-assistance services for UAE company formation, licensing, visas, banking introductions, tax and accounting, and related processes. We are not a government entity and do not issue, approve, or guarantee any government document, licence, permit, or visa. All such approvals and issuances are made solely at the discretion of the relevant UAE government or free zone authorities.
2. Nature of Our Services
Our services consist of consultancy, guidance, and application assistance — including preparing documentation, submitting applications on your behalf where instructed, and liaising with relevant authorities and third parties (such as banks). We do not control, and cannot guarantee, the decisions, timelines, or fees of any government authority, free zone, or bank.
3. No Guarantee of Outcome
While we make every reasonable effort to support a smooth and accurate application process, approval of any licence, permit, visa, Emirates ID, or bank account remains solely within the authority of the relevant government body, free zone, or bank, and is not guaranteed by Regent Consulting.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation required for the services requested. Regent Consulting is not responsible for delays, rejections, or additional costs arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
5. Fees
Our consultancy fees are separate from any government, free zone, bank, or third-party fees, which are set and collected by those respective authorities. Applicable fees will be communicated to you before you engage our services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Regent Consulting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, or from the decisions or actions of any third-party government authority, free zone, or financial institution.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Regent Consulting or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
