This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for consultancy and application-assistance services provided by Regent Consulting. It applies to our own consultancy service fees and does not apply to government, free zone, or bank fees, which are governed by those authorities’ own policies.
2. Government & Third-Party Fees
Fees paid directly to UAE government authorities, free zones, or banks (such as licence fees, visa fees, or notarisation fees) are non-refundable once submitted to the relevant authority, as these are outside our control and subject to that authority’s own rules.
3. Regent Consulting Service Fees
Cancellation and refund eligibility for our own consultancy service fees depends on the stage of work already completed at the time of cancellation. Please contact us as early as possible if you wish to cancel a service so we can advise on the applicable terms for your specific engagement.
4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
